Wonderful advice, it takes little to no effort to brighten someones day... You see someone without a smile, give them one of yours, just take the time out of your busy day and just listen to someone who feels the need to share. Time costs you nothing, giving your time away heals, what are you waiting for? Make it a challenge for yourself and have fun with it... just how many times in a day you can give a little part of yourself away... it is a gift, you will see.... in time that you can lighten up your part of the world and begin to spread happiness... We were given two hands, one to help ourselves and one to help others...
