What achievements have you made in helping others?
Because of many many challenges in my life, I had to take on the attitude of a survivor. I literally learned to make something out of nothing. It landing on the front page of the Sunday Paper, "Coupon Queen"...In turn I taught other young moms to do the same. Also, I had so much from my couponing, I made regular donations of food & products to those who needed it.
My sons were very young when I learned the couponing...I didn't realize how much they had learned from watching mom. My youngest son is an entrepreur and says that it was all of my couponing, and jewelry sales, that helped him to see that he could so something.
Well he has surpassed mom by 1000 times. He has his own corporation and is very successful.
What do you consider to be important traits in helping others?
Simply helping because there is a need you can fill, instead of any other reason.
What do you consider to be today's greatest issue that is in need of attention?
There is a great lack of trust in the world. One cannot trust his neighbor like our grandparents did back in their day.
Would you like to contribute a possible solution to this issue? If yes, please explain.
I just try to give everybody a chance without being judgmental. Although it isn't easy, I try...
Tell us about yourself...
I am a single 49, year old...I have 3 grown boys and 3 grandchildren. I am literally starting my life all over again. I have lost everything 3 times in my adult life due to challenges while dealing with chronic illness, so this is my motivation. There were so many people that helped me, I have always wanted to help. My experience and learning is what I have to share.
