What achievements have you made in helping others?
I have helped many find true expression and connection to the self, others and the divine. I and my business, PeaceBody, provide a modular curriculum for embodied awakening that can bring dance, breath, yoga, meditation, soul empowerment and sustainable living skills into myriad environments ranging from conferences and leadership development seminars to elders' homes and church communities. I also run an independent school which teaches these modalities to other in depth so that they can bring the skills back into their own workplaces, communities and relationships.
