As the Vice President at Sterling Search, Karen brings more than 15 years of cross-industry experience to the firm. She brings best practices knowledge from the Aerospace, Financial Services and Technology industries, from human resources management and recruiting perspectives.

From the Corporate level, Karen has focused on search assignments for a broad range of engineering, marketing, public relations, human resources, supply chain/purchasing and sales positions. She has conducted a wide variety of senior-level assignments in those functions.

Karen earned her Human Resources Management Certification from University of California, Irvine and she continues to finalize the last few general education courses of her Bachelor of Science degree from Biola University in La Mirada, California. Karen is a member of Orange County Employment Association. Karen resides in Irvine, California
