- I am treasurer of two non for profit organizations in New Jersey, and president of another.
Certified Public Accountant since 1974. Own my own CPA firm since 1983 (Website is www.cpajoe.net). Licensed in New York and New Jersey. Consultant to NJ Small Business Development Centers since 1987. Named State (NJ) and Regional Accountant Advocate of the Year 1996 by the U.S. Small Business Administration. An educator since the late 1980's, I teach entrepreneurial subjects (business planning, recordkeeping, quickbooks and taxes) at three NJ community colleges and the NJ Small Business Development Centers. A columnist and writer, I write a monthly column on small business topics at cbji.com and diversityplus.com.

Personal income tax return preparation. Corporate, partnership, LLC and other business tax return preparation.Income tax planning, business planning, business consulting, accounting, recordkeeping, projections, financial statement preparation, including audits, reviews and compilations. I am a certified Quickbooks professional advisor, certified in Quickbooks 2002 through 2009 editions. I also work with startups to assist them in entity selection, taxation and getting their books organized
