What achievements have you made in helping others?
I have spent 15 years coaching youth sports, helping instill values like teamwork, sportsmanship, integrity, honesty, discipline, conditioning, and the will to prepare into today's young people so that they may become the leaders of tomorrow.
What do you consider to be important traits in helping others?
Patience, honesty, integrity, discipline, and a desire to make the world a better place.
What do you consider to be today's greatest issue that is in need of attention?
Energy - if the developed and developing nations of the world do not find a replacement for fossil fuels as our main energy source in the very near future, the destiny of our planet is in great peril. We've known this is the single greatest threat to our way of life for at least 30 years now - it is inexcusable that it hasn't been our #1 priority the entire time since.
Would you like to contribute a possible solution to this issue? If yes, please explain.
Develop alternatives. I don't know what they are - solar, hydro, whatever - we just have to get off the fossil fuels, and soon.
