Having a big mouth. When I find out about a program or financial help I will blab it out to the world. I enjoy helping people.

What do you consider to be important traits in helping others?

Seeing them happy.

What do you consider to be today's greatest issue that is in need of attention?

No realcustomer service or shotty customer service. People that do not treat the customer/client with respect.
