What achievements have you made in helping others?

As the owner of a personal training company I am able to help build the self-esteem of my clients everyday. Through nutrition, exercise and coaching I am able to improve the health and life quality of the people who's paths I cross.

What do you consider to be important traits in helping others?

Empathy, love,compassion and little dose of life expierience.

What do you consider to be today's greatest issue that is in need of attention?

Loneliness and the feeling of not be seen and heard.

Would you like to contribute a possible solution to this issue? If yes, please explain.

I do this everyday by giving the time and 100 % focus to the needs of the person I am helping at the time. I hope to be able to reach more people with my message through my upcoming book:)

I am a born in Norway but grew up in New York and New Jersey. At the time I live in Norway with the ambition of publishing my book in the USA and moving to Manhattan within 2009.
